congrats on the weight loss...Salam wa alaykum sis!<br /><br />congrats on the weight loss. Just some ideas. Long distance running usually builds stamina over time. To attack actually focus on fat burning do drills of sprinting and light jogging. Like On and off. This will burn more calories for you. Also, to take some time to weight train focusing on different muscle groups per day and leave some days to just let your body relax so you dont overextend. <br /><br />I used to take weightlifting, track, rugby, and field hockey.
